Service Desk Engineer

Location Cardiff

Salary – £18,000 – £24,000 per year DOE (full time)

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer that is passionate about technology with a focus on the managed services that let us deliver on our mission of bringing people, businesses and technology together.

As a Service Desk Engineer you will be in a technical, customer facing role, working at the first line within the Service Desk dealing with incidents and working with the Cloud Solutions and Network team to deploy, maintain and improve cloud solutions and services delivered to customers. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, this is a key role in the smooth running of our Managed Services operation.

You will take customer data security seriously and have a customer first approach to meet their needs in line with our company values: Savvy, Creative, Expeditious, Passionate and Ethical. You’ll have a natural interest in new and emerging technologies and staying ahead of the curve by sharing knowledge within the team. Our Service Desk engineers are excited about their learning and development, engaging in certifications within structure learning paths.

You will have an understanding of IT systems in a commercial environment as well as knowledge of specific cloud technologies. You’ll have the opportunity to work and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues in line with our core values building strong relationships along the way.

Network Engineer

Location Cardiff

Salary – £29,000 – £40,000 per year (full time)

The Network Engineer is passionate about technology with a focus on the communications infrastructure that lets us deliver on our mission of bringing people, businesses and technology together

The Network Engineer is a technical, customer facing role, working closely with Service Desk, and Project Management teams to deploy, maintain and improve solutions delivered to customers as well as maintaining and developing our own extensive Network Infrastructure. Client Advisor

Location – Cardiff
Department – Sales & Marketing
Salary Band – £18,000 – £25,000 per annum
