The Network Engineer is a technical, customer facing role, working closely with Service Desk, and Project Management teams to deploy, maintain and improve solutions delivered to customers as well as maintaining and developing our own extensive Network Infrastructure. It sounds like a lot of ‘fluffy words’ but every client’s needs are different but, in general, you will act as their central point of contact, helping to drive new business ‘sales’ opportunities as well as developing and managing existing client’s needs and relationships. This is a non-technical role but you must love bringing technology to life with your customer’s needs in mind
