Network Engineer

Location Cardiff

Salary – £29,000 – £40,000 per year (full time)

The Network Engineer is passionate about technology with a focus on the communications infrastructure that lets us deliver on our mission of bringing people, businesses and technology together

The Network Engineer is a technical, customer facing role, working closely with Service Desk, and Project Management teams to deploy, maintain and improve solutions delivered to customers as well as maintaining and developing our own extensive Network Infrastructure. Client Advisor/Customer Success Executive

Location – Cardiff
Department – Sales & Marketing
Salary Band – £18,000 – £25,000 per annum

You will be an integral part of the client engagement journey, helping our clients at every step of the way. It sounds like a lot of ‘fluffy words’ but every client’s needs are different but, in general, you will act as their central point of contact, helping to drive new business ‘sales’ opportunities as well as developing and managing existing client’s needs and relationships. This is a non-technical role but you must love bringing technology to life with your customer’s needs in mind
