Provisioning Coordinator

Reports to: Operations Director

Due to the growth of the business, we are looking for a Provisioning Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a vital role in our business, focusing on the efficient fulfilment of our telecoms and cloud-based services for our customers.

Location Cardiff

Salary – £20,000 – £30,000 per year DOE (full time)

Working hours

The job is based on a 37.5 hours per week
34 days holiday including Bank Holidays

What we are looking for

As one of our Provisioning Coordinators, you’ll work closely with the Service Desk, Project Managers and Client Account Specialists to fulfil orders and manage the delivery processes for our core services and products. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Accepting new orders via our CRM systems and ensuring they are correctly processed and handed over to the appropriate teams
  • Meeting customer commitments and SLAs
  • Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of order progress in a timely fashion and in line with our SLAs and company values
  • Establishing strong, positive relationships with third party suppliers and monitoring performance
  • Understanding of all our constantly evolving portfolio of products, services and industry standards
  • Identifying appropriate cost-controls and efficiencies, drawing on product and customer knowledge
  • Working flexibly as part of a team across multiple locations covering our core business hours
  • Maintaining and develop technical, operational and commercial skills through CPD, including professional and technical accreditations, and engagement with technology partners and industry and trade bodies

Who we’re looking for

  • A collaborative, supportive working style with clients, showing integrity and building trust
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills including the ability to document and convey processes
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to self-direct and prioritise complex and varied workloads
  • Good understanding of IT and business systems including CRM
  • A patient, calm, and caring approach, with the ability to take the initiative and solve problems logically and analytically
  • A full, clean driving license (there will be occasional travel to clients via company cars
